This policy governs the terms and conditions applicable to the shipment and return of products acquired through the website (referred to as the "Site"). Your agreement with these shipping and return terms is assumed upon placing an order on our Site. It is crucial to review this policy thoroughly before initiating a purchase. If any part of this policy is not agreeable to you, we strongly advise refraining from making a purchase.


Dispatch and Shipping 

AJ Maternity Clothing is committed to ensuring the prompt delivery of our products. Typically, all orders are processed within a 24-hour period from the time they are placed. The shipment of orders is carried out via Australia Post, excluding orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Should you identify any inaccuracies in your order details, kindly contact us immediately at ( or WhatsApp (+61) 490 555 133), and we will endeavor to rectify them before dispatch.

Our dispatch location is in Brisbane, Australia. Consequently, shipping times may vary contingent upon your geographic location. Upon dispatch, a confirmation email containing parcel tracking information will be sent to you.

In instances of heightened demand, peak sales periods, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery delays may ensue. In such cases, we respectfully request an additional 3 business days for the order to reach its destination. It is noteworthy that we abstain from shipping orders on weekends and public holidays.


Australian Orders

 For purchases of full-priced items surpassing AUD$150, we offer Free Standard Shipping within Australia. Orders below AUD$150 are subjected to a fixed rate of $12.50 AUD.

AJ Maternity Clothing conducts deliveries across Australia via Australia Post e-satchels. Both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options are made available during the checkout process.

Standard Shipping: Delivery generally occurs within 5-8 business days, contingent upon your location. During periods of high sales volume, such as end-of-season sales and holiday seasons, the delivery window may extend to 8-15 business days.

Express Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days, depending on your location, the coast of express rate is $16.50 AUD. It is important to consider our dispatch location in Brisbane, Australia, when estimating delivery times.

To facilitate successful delivery, the presence of an authorized signatory is mandatory. It is advisable to provide a daytime delivery address where someone is available between 9 am and 5 pm or specify an "authority to leave" in your delivery instructions.

In the event that no authorized signatory is available to receive the delivery, a notification card outlining the attempted delivery details will be left. It will contain instructions on how to retrieve your parcel from the nearest Australia Post outlet.


International Shipping

For international orders of full-priced items totaling AUD$300 or more, we extend the benefit of Free International Shipping. Orders below this threshold are charged a fixed fee of $25 AUD. Please be aware that this fee does not encompass potential customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. We advise consulting your local customs office prior to initiating an international order.

International orders are shipped using Standard Australia Post International services, with delivery times typically ranging from 5-8 working days, contingent upon the destination. All products are declared as commercial merchandise, bearing their full retail value, exclusive of GST, during the shipping process. The provided tracking number, issued upon dispatch, enables real-time monitoring of your shipment's status via the Australia Post network.

All international deliveries mandate an authorized signatory. It is imperative to ensure the attendance of someone at the delivery address and, preferably, to furnish a business address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Selecting the "authority to leave" delivery instruction implies that the parcel will be left at your designated location on your property without requiring a signature. It should be noted that AJ Maternity Clothing bears no responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered under this option. By selecting "authority to leave," you assume full responsibility for the secure receipt of your parcel.


Exclusions and Additional Notes

Please be cognizant that shipping charges do not encompass potential customs duties and taxes that may be imposed by the customs authorities of the country of origin. All obligations pertaining to customs duties, foreign taxes, and other relevant fees rest with the customer. To maintain compliance with Australian export regulations, we are obliged to declare the precise value of all ordered products and designate them as dutiable "merchandise." Our legal obligations prohibit us from designating the order as a "gift," regardless of its intended purpose. For comprehensive guidance, we recommend contacting local customs authorities for supplementary information.

Kindly acknowledge that we do not bear the postage costs associated with product returns, whether occurring domestically or internationally. It is essential to be aware of these prospective expenses prior to initiating a return or exchange to Australia.


Ownership and Risk 

Upon delivery to the specified address, ownership of the product is transferred to the customer. We mandate a signature for the receipt of all products, at which juncture the responsibility for the purchased item is assumed by the customer. To guarantee the condition of your purchase, we advise thorough inspection upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 At Aj Maternity Clothing, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer store credit or a refund for items returned within 15 days of delivery under the following circumstances: 

  • If the item does not fit you;
  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality;
  • If you have changed your mind;

To initiate a return, please contact us on within 7 days of delivery.

Please note, our resolution is subject to change after the returns team at our warehouse has conducted a quality check. The following conditions must be met for the resolution to apply:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item should not have any marks, stains (including makeup and spray tan), or odours (including deodorant, perfume, body odour, or washing powder).
  • Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • A receipt and proof of purchase must be available.

Aj Maternity Clothing reserves the right to reject returns beyond the stipulated return period or items not in their original condition. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered by Aj.


Store Credit (Gift Card)

Upon approval, an Aj Maternity Clothing store credit in the form of a gift card will be emailed to you, valid for 36 months. If there are discrepancies in your credits, please contact us at along with your order number for further assistance.



Refunds are applicable for orders returned within 21 days of the delivery date and will incur a $12.50 postage & handling fee, deducted from your refund during processing. For orders over $150, one-time free returns are offered, and the postage fee is waived (Australia only).


All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. In case of multiple payment methods, funds will be reversed accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect.


Final Sale Styles

Sale items are eligible for store credit only.


Spend And Save T&C's

Items eligible for return under a Spend and Save promotion will be subject to refunds or exchanges based on the paid discounted price or AJ's calculation, not the original full price.


Faulty Returns

If an item is delivered as faulty, notify us within 7 days of the delivery date via Provide the order number, a brief fault description, and pictures for assessment by our customer service team before returning the item.
