Sent via selected postal methods as "Gift Cards" (please specify your preferred delivery method at checkout).

Delivered directly to the recipient via email as "eGift Cards."

Gift vouchers are non-redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

 

How to Purchase an eGift Card

 

The process of procuring an eGift Card entails the following steps:

Visit the gift card category page and select your preferred gift card.

Optionally, you may append a personalized gift card message for eGift Cards.

No processing or delivery fees are imposed for eGift card acquisitions. Ordinarily, eGift cards are dispatched to the recipient via email within 5 minutes of concluding the order. Nevertheless, it is prudent to consider potential delays attributed to email carriers and other extraneous factors. In cases of non-receipt of the eGift card within 24 hours of purchase, please contact customer service at hello@ajmaternityclothing.com.au.

eGift cards are the sole method available for gift card purchases by customers residing outside of Australia.

 

Purchasing with Your eGift Card Online

 

To employ your eGift card for online transactions, you are required to input your unique gift card number after designating the gift card as your preferred payment mode. The order total will be debited from your card balance, with any residual balance retained for future use. It is permissible to combine your gift card payment with alternative payment methods. You have the liberty to utilize your gift card on multiple occasions until the balance is depleted. Regrettably, cash refunds for any unutilized gift card amount are not provided.

 

Returning Items Purchased with Your eGift Card

 

Products procured through the utilization of your eGift card are eligible for return and refund. The refund amount will be automatically credited back to your eGift card. In situations where a combination of cash and an eGift card was used for the purchase, we are equipped to refund the cash component, up to the original cash amount expended. Nonetheless, the eGift card balance cannot be refunded as cash.

 

Lost and Stolen Gift Cards and eGift Cards

 

We strongly advocate safeguarding your gift card as you would cash. In cases of lost or stolen gift cards, replacements or refunds will not be facilitated.

 

Gift Card and eGift Card Expiry

 

Both gift cards and eGift cards retain validity for a span of 36 months, commencing from the date of purchase. The expiration date can be located on the email within the eGift card.

The card is not redeemable for cash, non-negotiable, maintains validity until the expiration date indicated on the card (36 months from the date of issuance) or upon depletion of the card balance, is not reloadable, and permits partial redemption.
